More Than Meets the Eye

I’ve never been to any place outside my country, but it doesn’t mean I don’t get to see some wonderful places or things around me and I’m a person who appreciate simplicity.  Just a few days ago, I was able to spend time with my best friend, she is more like s sister to me.  It was really fun !

We went somewhere else  and I photographed these new collections using her phone. Lol!  I don’t even own the latest hi-tech phone but ..well, we can have everything with photographs 🙂 scroll it you’d be the judge!

This is something I always do for myself anywhere I go, to take inventory of all the things I get to see each day, things that often goes unrecognized and yet it brings smile or brighten up our day.  My point is, being able to see, to feel, to touch even the very least things on earth is what makes it really cool,  makes me smile and say  ” Oh Yes! I’m Still Breathing” ..that’s what really matters in life and nothing compares to that! Don’t complain if can’t have or buy the things you want to have, instead,  try to think the unfortunate people who lacks everything and I’m sure you will find yourself LUCKY  and realize that everyday should be a thanksgiving day.

Try to imagine yourself inside a fully furnished room. Nice bed with soft pillows and linens where you can throw yourself and get relaxed, cozy environment but you only see nothing but a total darkness. How would you feel?  

What if you don’t have the ability to see the shade of light from the lamp, the beautiful colors of the artificial flowers in  vase, the comfort you get.

I like warm, relaxing colors ! What if you only see these but unable to touch them?

Being able to climb the stairs in any way you can or think of yourself crawling to get to the top. Each step we take would tell us.. something special awaits. 

Isn’t it amazing to sit on these beautiful sets of furniture instead of sitting or confined on a wheel chair? 

What a lovely corner! The vase, the lamp, the colors, everything compliments a lot! Well, I may not be able to see these stuffs again but I really value the chance I got to behold them. 

Life is full of colors! Learn to appreciate!

And now, being able to see and experience all these things, aren’t you going to tilt your head and say ” Oh yes I have this pure life .. Thank you!”

My Heart is Filled with Love for this Girl

Precious time slips away so quickly. It seems like yesterday when the nights are spent in changing your diapers..getting up all night and watch you sleeping.. tuck you & rock you to sleep with a bottle of milk..even the horrifying moments whenever you get sick… you were strong, you always comes out strong in the end of every struggles that we take.. those days are gone with no regrets in my heart.. it made us who we are now..though I really miss the snuggle days with you .. the sesame streets.. the coloring books..that beautiful experience represents a better understanding of what true love is…. between the mother and a baby..

  Our life keeps on turning like a wheel and sweet moments are fleeting and while writing this, I tried to recall all the moments..the beautiful moments but unable to recall everything.. life is brief! We can’t have those extra-special times forever  on this earth thus we all need is to cherish it, enjoy while you have it for our time will pass like a wind.

Dear Mommies, cherish each moment with your babies, the kisses & cuddles because one day you will wake up, they’re holding your hands as you walk down the sidewalk..can you imagine??..  sigh…

At young age, I’m so glad you have learned so much about life, true teachings has made you a better person with the seed of faith in you that keeps on shining and I’m giving all the credit to our ever-dearest nanay Remy.. moreso to the LORD :-). With the things you do and the words you say makes you different from others your age.  I ‘m so proud of what you have become and I thank GOD for it. You’ve grown matured but holds the fun bubbles of a sweet girl..UNIQUE & SIMPLE! 

 I’m grateful that GOD is using you for His ministry. Keep the light shines to glorify our GOD. Simple things are the priceless and meaningful in HIS sight. Love your work…Use your freedom in meaningful ways.. appreciate the things and respect the people around you..Always remember,  the right attitude and a grateful heart can move mountains.. SMILE!..
